Common Pro Flo Maintenance & Repair Issues
Common Pro Flo service items include aerator motor replacement, chlorinator maintenance, spray head adjustment and replacement, control panel diagnostics, and sludge level monitoring. Pro Flo's concrete tanks are extremely durable, but internal components require the same regular maintenance as any aerobic system.

Harris County Auto-Dialer Requirement
Harris County now requires cellular auto-dialer monitoring devices on all aerobic septic systems, including Pro Flo units. When your system triggers an alarm — high water, pump failure, aerator malfunction, or power loss — the dialer alerts our office immediately, and we are required to respond within 72 hours. Our maintenance contracts include 24/7 auto-dialer monitoring at no additional charge.
If your Pro Flo system does not yet have an auto-dialer installed, we can install an RMSYS RMS-812 cellular monitoring device during a maintenance visit. The installation is $750 (hardware + labor), and the monitoring service is included in your maintenance contract.

All Pro Flo aerobic systems require TCEQ-mandated maintenance every four months at minimum — Harris County requires inspections every three months (quarterly). Our maintenance contracts cover everything: inspections, county compliance reporting, 24/7 auto-dialer monitoring, and 72-hour alarm response.
