Types of Inspections
Aerobic System Compliance Inspections
Required by TCEQ every four months (three times per year). Our inspections include verification of all system components per 30 TAC Chapter 285, with reports filed to your county permitting authority within 14 days. This is included in our aerobic maintenance contract at $450/year.
Annual System Inspections
Recommended for conventional septic systems. We check tank condition, sludge/scum levels, effluent quality, drainfield performance, and overall system health. Typical cost: $100–$200 (or included in our $199/year conventional maintenance contract).
Real Estate Transaction Inspections
