OSSF Maintenance Provider (License #MP0000477, current through September 2026) — Licensed to maintain aerobic treatment systems and hold maintenance contracts as required by TCEQ
OSSF Site Evaluator (License #OS0010002, current through January 2029) — Authorized to perform preconstruction site evaluations that determine system suitability — the highest-level OSSF credential

Health Inspector (Sanitarian) — City of Fort Worth

Began his career in public health and environmental sanitation, conducting inspections and enforcing health codes for the City of Fort Worth.

Sanitarian — Texas Department of Health

Served as a state-level sanitarian responsible for environmental health oversight, OSSF compliance, and public health protection across Texas communities.

Launched and operated a private on-site wastewater business, building hands-on expertise in system design, installation, and repair across the greater Houston area.

Incorporated Enviro-Pal in 1993 as a full-service on-site sewage treatment company. For over 30 years, the company has served residential and commercial clients across Harris, Montgomery, Liberty, Galveston, and surrounding counties with design, inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation services.
