About Delta Whitewater Systems
Delta Whitewater (formerly Delta Environmental Products) manufactures aerobic treatment systems that are common in Texas residential installations. Their Whitewater series is known for reliable performance and a design that simplifies routine maintenance access. Delta systems are frequently installed in Harris County subdivisions and rural properties alike.
TCEQ-Approved Delta Whitewater Models
Delta Whitewater offers TCEQ-approved models in standard residential capacities from 500 to 1,500 GPD. Their systems use a multi-chamber design with separate pretreatment, aeration, clarification, and pump/disinfection compartments for thorough wastewater treatment.
Common Delta Whitewater Maintenance & Repair Issues
Common Delta Whitewater maintenance items include aerator servicing, chlorine tablet replenishment, effluent filter cleaning, pump float adjustment, and spray head maintenance. The multi-chamber design requires careful inspection of internal baffles and transfer ports during each maintenance visit to ensure proper flow between chambers.
Our Delta Whitewater Maintenance Services
Delta Whitewater systems follow the standard TCEQ aerobic maintenance schedule. Our technicians understand the multi-chamber flow path and can quickly diagnose issues specific to Delta's design.
Harris County Auto-Dialer Requirement
Harris County now requires cellular auto-dialer monitoring devices on all aerobic septic systems, including Delta Whitewater units. When your system triggers an alarm — high water, pump failure, aerator malfunction, or power loss — the dialer alerts our office immediately, and we are required to respond within 72 hours. Our maintenance contracts include 24/7 auto-dialer monitoring at no additional charge.
If your Delta Whitewater system does not yet have an auto-dialer installed, we can install an RMSYS RMS-812 cellular monitoring device during a maintenance visit. The installation is $750 (hardware + labor), and the monitoring service is included in your maintenance contract.
Delta Whitewater Maintenance Contract Pricing
