About Aero-Stream Systems
Aero-Stream is a newer entrant to the Texas aerobic treatment market with their Eco-Nest product line. Their systems have been gaining presence in Harris County as installers adopt the brand for new construction projects. With 10 TCEQ-approved models, Aero-Stream offers modern engineering and competitive pricing.
TCEQ-Approved Aero-Stream Models
Aero-Stream's Eco-Nest line is TCEQ-approved in models from 500 to 1,500 GPD. Models are designated by capacity and configuration — the AS450-2, AS600-2, AS750-2, AS1000-2, and AS1500-2 series cover the full residential range. The '-2' and '-3' suffixes indicate different tank configurations.
Common Aero-Stream Maintenance & Repair Issues
As a newer brand, Aero-Stream parts availability may be more limited than established brands like Clearstream or AquaKlear. Common maintenance items are similar to other aerobic systems — aerator service, chlorinator maintenance, effluent monitoring, and spray head inspection.
Our Aero-Stream Maintenance Services
We service Aero-Stream Eco-Nest systems with the same thorough TCEQ-compliant maintenance protocol applied to all aerobic brands. Our Registered Sanitarian can diagnose and resolve issues on any TCEQ-approved system regardless of brand.
Harris County Auto-Dialer Requirement
Harris County now requires cellular auto-dialer monitoring devices on all aerobic septic systems, including Aero-Stream units. When your system triggers an alarm — high water, pump failure, aerator malfunction, or power loss — the dialer alerts our office immediately, and we are required to respond within 72 hours. Our maintenance contracts include 24/7 auto-dialer monitoring at no additional charge.
If your Aero-Stream system does not yet have an auto-dialer installed, we can install an RMSYS RMS-812 cellular monitoring device during a maintenance visit. The installation is $750 (hardware + labor), and the monitoring service is included in your maintenance contract.
Aero-Stream Maintenance Contract Pricing
All Aero-Stream aerobic systems require TCEQ-mandated maintenance every four months at minimum — Harris County requires inspections every three months (quarterly). Our maintenance contracts cover everything: inspections, county compliance reporting, 24/7 auto-dialer monitoring, and 72-hour alarm response.
- 1-Year Contract: $375/year
- 2-Year Contract: $675 total (save $75)
- 3-Year Contract: $975 total (save $150) — Best Value
Not sure if you need a full contract? Start with our $99 System Health Check — a comprehensive inspection with detailed findings and recommendations.
